How long does it take to install a boiler?
This depends entirely on the complexity of the system and the scope of the project. However, we can generally install a boiler within a day.

When should I replace my boiler?
As modern boilers have a long lifespan (around 15 years), you shouldn’t need to replace it until it breaks down irreparably or the projected repair costs aren’t economical.

Yes, we are on the Gas Safe Register. Our membership number is 620636. Our engineers all carry membership cards, showing they’re a registered Gas Safe engineer.

Yes, our heating engineers are fully qualified and hold industry recognised certifications, in addition to on-the-job accreditations.
Do you fit smart thermostats?
Yes, we can fit smart thermostats from Worcester, Nest and Ideal.
If I smell gas in my property, what should I do?
The Gas Safe Register’s advice should always be followed if you smell gas in your home:
1, Turn off your supply at the emergency control valve, if it’s safe to do so
2, Extinguish any naked flames and do not smoke
3, Open all doors and windows to ventilate the area
4, Get outside for fresh air and contact the National Gas Emergency Line on 0800 111 999 to report the issue
5, If you feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately and inform them that you might’ve been exposed to carbon monoxide.
